No one knows how important it is to be ready for bush fire, better than those that have experienced it first hand. So for the 2020/21 season we recruited some real survivors, recognisable from news coverage, to share their own experiences. The campaign was a result of pitching and retaining the RFS business for the 12th year.

The 2019/20 bushfire season was one of the worst in living memory. Many Australians learned some terrifying lessons - lessons that are incredibly valuable when they’re shared with other people living in high-risk areas.

How Well Do You Know Fire?
2018/19

Victoria is one of the most bushfire-prone places on the planet. So in the led up to what became the worst fire season in Australian history, the department of justice needed to educate Victorians about the dangers of fire, overcome their apathy and compel them to make a plan to survive bushfires.

A radio campaign illustrated the alarming speed of grassfire in a dramatic way.
